Staff for your office Christmas party.
Bring your team together for company drinks, a staff lunch or an end-of-year reception. Arrange bartenders for your supplied drinks, wait staff for canapés and clearing, and kitchenhands for washing up and back-of-house support. Include setup and final clearing in the hours you request.
Workplace drinks and cocktail functions
Tell us how many guests you expect, when they arrive and whether drinks come from one bar or several service points. Request cocktail bartenders separately from standard beer, wine and mixer service. Add wait staff so bar staff can concentrate on drinks.
Company dinners and venue celebrations
Share the menu, seated or canapé service style and the duties already covered by your venue or caterer. We can quote for the additional hospitality roles you need, including clearing and kitchen support.
We operate on a reduced basis from 15 December until the start of the new year. Contact us directly about dates during that period.
Request your end-of-year staffing quoteSend five essentials: event date, venue address, staff roles, headcount for each role, and staff start and finish times. If numbers are undecided, include your guest count and service plans.
A staffing brief built around your workplace.
An office, showroom or meeting space has different service facilities from a dedicated event venue. Origin Five helps businesses outline the roles, duties and working times needed for corporate hospitality. Explain what your caterer and building team already provide so additional staff have a clear scope.
Client receptions and networking evenings
Request food and beverage attendants for canapé service, food running, water replenishment and clearing. Share your guest numbers, room layout and the timing of speeches so service can work around conversations and presentations.

Arrange support with breakfast service, refreshment stations, replenishment and clearing between sessions. Include an equipment briefing and agreed preparation time before delegates arrive.
Guest arrivals and kitchen support
Keep check-in separate from busy hospitality duties. Request registration staff for arrivals and kitchen assistants for dishwashing and back-of-house tasks when these need dedicated coverage.

Clarify facilities and supplies
Confirm who supplies food, beverages, glassware, trays, bar equipment and cleaning materials. Describe the kitchen, washing facilities, service access and waste arrangements. Staffing does not automatically include catering or equipment; your quote should specify any additional services.
Match shifts to the running order
Share arrival times, presentations, refreshment breaks and the final service period. Allow working time for briefing, setup and agreed pack-down. For several event days or cities, list each role, headcount and shift separately.
Nominate one on-site contact
Provide the person directing service, building access instructions and uniform preferences. Include lift access, parking or loading arrangements, plus any induction requirements. A clear handover helps staff work alongside your venue and caterer.

Corporate hospitality questions.
Can staff work at our office or showroom?
Include the venue, facilities, access and service layout in your enquiry. Tell us whether staff will use an office kitchen, temporary bar or dedicated event area, and describe any building requirements.
How many staff should we request?
Guest numbers are one factor. Service style, drinks preparation, arrival peaks and the duties handled by existing suppliers also matter. Describe the workload if you are unsure which roles to request.
