The minimum order is 250 units per item. List each garment or promotional product and its quantity separately. Different products do not combine toward the minimum.
Can we order uniforms without booking event staff?
Yes. Merchandise can be supplied for your own employees, volunteers, clients or event audience. You can enquire about a merchandise-only order or include staffing in the same brief.
What details do you need for branded jackets?
Include your preferred jacket style, intended use, colours, quantities by size and logo positions. Tell us whether you want a light or warmer layer and any specific weather or performance requirements. Suitable product specifications and branding methods are confirmed in your quote.
Can we request printed or embroidered logos?

How do we choose uniform sizes?
Customers select garment sizes and quantities from the standard size runs and manage allocation and distribution. Origin Five does not provide fittings, sizing advice or fit guarantees. Include the size breakdown for each garment in your enquiry.
Can merchandise be delivered to my event anywhere in Australia?
Include the delivery suburb, state, postcode and required date for your Australian event. For venue deliveries, add a receiving contact and delivery window. Freight, product availability and timing are confirmed with your quote.
How much time should we allow for a custom merchandise order?
