Sizing & Fit – Important Information

Origin Five does not provide sizing or fit guarantees for event merchandise.

  • Merchandise is supplied in standard size runs only

  • We do not request, collect, or manage staff sizing

  • No individual fitting, allocation, or suitability assessment is provided

  • All sizing decisions are entirely the responsibility of the customer

This approach reflects how live events operate and ensures clarity around responsibility.

Why Sizing Is Customer-Managed

For event staffing, final staff details are typically confirmed approximately 24 hours prior to the event.
In some cases, staff replacements or changes may also occur close to event delivery.

As a result:

  • There is no practical window to gather or manage individual sizing

  • Merchandise cannot be matched or guaranteed to specific individuals

  • Any attempt to size to individuals would introduce delivery and operational risk

For this reason, merchandise is supplied without fit guarantees and should be planned accordingly.
